The Kaduna State government has announced the restoration of full telecom services in areas where the services were earlier shut down to check insecurity.
Kaduna State Commissioner of Internal security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, made the disclosure while addressing a press conference on Friday.
He said other measures such as ban on the use of motorcycles across the state, sales of petrol in gallons, among others, are still in place.
